Privacy policy

What we store

• your Telegram user id (a number), plus your name and @username if they are public;
• the birth data you enter yourself: date, time (if you give it) and city;
• service records of actions in the bot: a chart was built, a button was pressed, a purchase was made;
• information about Telegram Stars purchases, as received from Telegram.

Why

Birth data is used solely for the calculations — the Formula of the Soul and the natal chart — and so that you can come back to what has already been built. The Telegram id links a chart and a payment to your account. Service records exist so we can tell what works in the service and what does not.

What we do not do

• we do not connect third-party analytics or advertising trackers;
• we do not pass data to third parties and do not sell it;
• we never ask for a phone number, an email address or card details — payment happens entirely inside Telegram;
• we do not collect data about your messages or contacts.

Where it is kept

In a database on a rented server that only the owner of the service can access. Database backups are made daily and kept in the same place for a limited time.

Deleting your data

Write to the owner of the service through the bot with the /paysupport command and your charts and profile will be deleted. Records of completed payments may be retained where Telegram’s reporting requires it.

Reference data

The catalogue of cities and time zones is based on GeoNames data (CC BY 4.0 licence). Planetary positions are computed on our own server, with no calls to outside services.
